By using DirtyStack Poker, on our website or in our app, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use DirtyStack Poker.

You must be 18 or older to use DirtyStack Poker. DirtyStack Poker is for information only; room rules and local laws always apply.

When you create an account through our shared TableMaster authentication, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service; do not upload unlawful content; do not misrepresent your identity or affiliation. We may remove content or restrict access to protect users and poker-room partners.

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Do not post anything that harasses, threatens or bullies anyone, hate speech, sexual content, spam, or anything that pretends to be someone else. In the DirtyStack Poker app, you can report a player or block them from their profile. A person on our team reviews every report within 24 hours. If something breaks these terms, we remove it, and we may suspend or close the account that posted it.

Room listings, tournament schedules, and table status may be delayed or incomplete. DirtyStack Poker is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy or availability. TableMaster is not a gambling operator.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Table Master Gaming, Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of DirtyStack Poker. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date above, and the app asks you to accept the new terms before you continue.
