Good room, well kept, chips and felt in decent shape. Waits can stretch on weekend evenings, but the list is managed fairly and they text you when you're up.
Comfortable chairs, clean room, drinks come around often. Rake is standard for the area. I'd like to see more PLO, but the hold'em games run deep.
Room runs like clockwork. Lists move fast, dealers keep the game flowing, and floor calls are handled without drama. My default stop for a session.
