Comfortable chairs, clean room, drinks come around often. Rake is standard for the area. I'd like to see more PLO, but the hold'em games run deep.
Being able to check what's running before driving over is the whole reason I come here more often now. The live table info matched what I found when I walked in.
Good room, well kept, chips and felt in decent shape. Waits can stretch on weekend evenings, but the list is managed fairly and they text you when you're up.
