Delete Your Account and Data
Last updated: August 16, 2026. This page explains how to delete your DirtyStack Poker account, operated by Table Master Gaming, Inc., and what happens to your information when you do.
There are two ways to do it, and either one is fine. You do not need the mobile app to delete your account. If you signed up on this website, use the email route below - it is not a fallback, it is the normal path for a web account.
Option 1: delete it yourself in the app
Account deletion is available directly in the DirtyStack Poker mobile app:
- Open the DirtyStack Poker app and sign in.
- Go to More.
- Tap Security.
- Under Danger Zone, tap Delete account.
- Confirm when prompted.
Deletion runs immediately. There is no waiting period, no confirmation email, and no pending state to cancel.
Option 2: ask us to delete it
Email privacy@tblmaster.com and ask us to delete your account. Use this if you signed up on the website, if you never installed the app, if you have removed it, or if you are locked out. You do not need to install anything to make the request.
You can also ask us to delete only part of your information and keep your account. For example your notes, your session history, or your profile picture. Tell us what you want removed and we will do that instead of closing the account.
Send the request from the email address on the account where possible, so we can confirm it is yours. If you cannot, tell us the email address or phone number you used to sign up and we will verify another way before deleting anything. We will confirm by email once it is done.
What deletion removes
Permanently deleted right away:
- Your sign-in account, including your email address, phone number, and every login method attached to it.
- Your profile, including your profile photo.
- Your account activity history.
- Tournament actions recorded against you as the person who performed them.
Anonymized rather than deleted:
- Your player record. Your display name is replaced with “Deleted player,” and your phone number and the link to your account are cleared. What remains cannot be traced back to you.
Retained, with no link to you:
- Tournament results, entries, and points recorded by the poker rooms you played at. These are the rooms' own competition records. Once your account is deleted they no longer reference it.
Deletion is permanent
Deleting your account cannot be undone. We cannot restore it, and there is no recovery window. If you sign up again later you will start from scratch: no previous history, points, or results are restored to the new account.
